'M' is for Madras Curry

This is our new favorite. The first time we tried it, it was just ok. The taste was new to us, but after the second or third time we made it, we decided it was the most amazing thing in this world. Next to pizza. I could live off of pizza, preferably frozen (Pep's) YUM! But this stuff is amazing. It's spicy but not too spicy, Annie likes it. It's one of those spicy's that burns your throat after the first few bites and doesn't last long. Not too tomato-y either. Easy to make, we cook it with chicken chunks over rice. It's organic, too!


We used to add chili powder and jalepenos to make it spicier, but now that Annie eats everything we do, we skip it. Poor girl already has the face of shock when she takes a bite, but she enjoys it. She "hmmmm mmmm's" when she eats something tasty, like cheese or spinach. 


Love these spices. Expeeeeensive!! But they last forever. I add chili powder or onion powder to almost everything. MMMM!
