Budget-friendly doggy Tootsie Rolls

WARNING: this is probably the lamest blog post you will ever read, but I'm really bored so here it is.. As you've probably learned by now, I am HORRIBLE at titling things. And now that I'm done with the Alphabet Challenge, I'm kind of on my own. Anyway, I was on Amazon (surprise, surprise) looking at doggy toys and treats, but realized I will NOT pay $10 for something my dog will chew up in a day. So I've decided to make my own. I've heard of other people doing similar things in the past, but never knew how good of an idea it was!

So here are my cheap/recycled doggy treat toys I made.

What you will need:
Any item of old clothing (shirts, socks, etc)
Any dog treats (I{ used Dentastix)

I used an old holey shirt for Lulu's treats.

Simply cut it up... (& don't trust me with scissors)
                                                                    Place a treat on it..

Roll it up...

Tie each end in a knot

Voila!

Happy Doggy

She chewed on it for about 30 minutes, which is about 10 times longer than it takes her to eat the treat alone.
Simple, yes. Boring, I know. But this kind of thing is Blog-Worthy, right? Right.

XOXO
